The volume of 3PC pneumatic internal screwed ball valve is small and it's composed by three valve casting, and four long bolts to clamp medium valve body and ball valve from two ends. Its advantage is maintenance without removing pipeline thread, but to remove four bolts, can take out the center section of valve body. It's used to cut or connect medium of pipeline and adopts different materials to be appropriate for water, steam, oil etc many kinds medium. Structure is reasonable and appearance is beautiful. Valve seat adopts elastic packing structure and easy operation and reliable seal.

The pneumatic actuator of 3PC pneumatic internal screwed ball valve adopts 90 degree rotation to drive ball body to connect or cut medium flow. Direct links between the actuator and valve body, reduce the probability of failure. It's suitable for light industry machinery and small place narrow space. Have pour sealing bottoms structure is used to stem valve cavity when the abnormal pressure, the valve stem will not be impact.
