ABOUT US
Wuxi Baolin Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specilized in the production of oil recovery machinery and processing of accessories, such as nylon centralizer, packer, high-frequency finned tube (which used on oil field thermal recovery boiler).
In 1992, according to production demand of Zhongyuan Oil Field, we developed ZBG-350 serie gas lift valve which are now widely used in Zhongyuan Oil Field, Shengli Oil Field, Liaohe Oil Field, Daqing Oil Field.
In 1993, throwing-in and pulling type and high-pressure stationary type gas lift valve were developed during the cooperation with Tuha Oil Field, and this serie products have been exported to Kazakhstan.
In 1997, the national gas lift conference was held in our factory, president of natural gas head office and many oil field specialists visited our factory and all affirmed our quality.
With decades of development, our factory has become one of the best, owning oil tube, drill pipe end thickening machine, high frequency welding machine, CNC lathe and testing equipments for gas lift valve etc dozens of advanced equipments, covering an area over 10000 square meter, along with a professional team of more than 100 people.
TECHNOLOGY INTRODUCE
Gas-lift technology is a mechanical oil production method which is by injecting high-pressure gas into the pipeline, reducing the density of the liquid column in the tubing, building up enough differential pressure of production, then lift the liquid from the downhole to the ground.
As the gas-lift method has the advantage of deep liquid lifting and large drainage volume, and also the great adaptability to sand wells, inclined shafts, high gasoil ratio wells etc., especially suits
For deep wells, therefore, more and more oil fields adopt this technology.
