Q647-type fixed ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, it is suitable for long distance pipeline and general industrial pipeline. And the design of its safety and resistance to bad environment have been considered, it is applied to all kinds of corrosive and non corrosive medium. Compared to floating ball valve, when it works, the acting force between the fluid pressure and the ball will be totally transmitted to the upper and lower bearings. The ball will not move, the valve sealing accomplished by the spring and medium pressure driving the seat, so the seat will not have to bear excessive pressure, so the valve seat of Q647-type fixed ball valve has little distortion, small operating torque, reliable sealing performance and long service life. Especially apply to the occasion of high pressure large diameter.
The ball of the fixed ball valve is fixed by two stems. During working, the fluid pressure won't make the ball move to the valve seat, and the valve seat will not distort under excessive pressure. There is a oilless bearing on the stem, to reduce the braise. There is a small switching torque, and the two valve seat both use spring to preload. The sealing inserts Teflon into the valve seat, and there a spring behind the steel rim, to insure the seat close to the ball. When the cavity pressure abnormally increases over the spring tight force, the seat will back out of the sphere, which is the automatic pressure relief effect, and the backseat automatically reset. The advancement of the structure make the sealing stable , the operation easy and the service life long, it is extremely suitable for long distance pipeline and general line.
