Product Description
1. Position indicator
External installed a separate position indicator, indicators can make it easier to find the exact point.
2. Scotch yoke
Unique design, the two independent travel adjustment canadjust at both open and close directions easily and precisely.
3. Safe spring module
To ensure the safety of personnel during installation and maintenance, and prevent accident al release of the spring force, the spring module has been designed so that it can onlu be removed from t he power module with the spring in the fully extended position.
4. Piston guide ring
The scotch-yoke actuator has guide ring fitted, high quality back-up-ring prevent any leakage from worn-out and guarantee higher performance for a long life, steady operation and extend piston life.
5. Adjustment bolt
Use of AT pneumatic actuator adjustment means to facilitate the replacement of djustable bolts.
6. Pinion
Shaft below the bottom of the junction with two long groove, high-precision integrated out put shaft. It is easy to install and can be adjusted according to changes in channel location of the executing agency.
